Postage:
Delivery is free for all orders over £50!
For orders under £50 postage is £7.50.
For orders under £10 postage is £3.50.

Items are shipped using either UK Mail or Royal Mail 2nd Class post. We aim to get your order dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. If you require alternative postage services such as first class, next day delivery, or other, please contact us and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.

At present we only offer shipping within the UK.

If you prefer to collect your order, you can select the Collect from Store option at the checkout. We will contact you once your order has been picked and ready for collection, normally within 24 hours of order placement.

Packaging:
To avoid unnecessary cost and to reduce the amount of environmental waste we package all our orders in used boxes. We do however only use clean boxes worthy of second usage. We ask that you open and inspect your parcel as soon as possible to ensure satisfaction.

Returns:
If there are any issues with your order when it arrives, for example damaged by the courier, please let us know immediately and we will send replacements out as soon as possible (or issue a refund if preferred).
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of your goods, we are happy to give you a full refund for them if you post them back to us! We can only do this if we are informed within 14 days and goods returned in resalable condition.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused and unopened condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email info@heavenlyfreefromfoods.co.uk to request a refund.
2. Mail your returned item to: Heavenly Free From Foods, 15 Merrial Street, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 2AE.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions
Food items that have been opened or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange. (Unless damaged by courier and notified within 48 hours of receipt)

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
